Tia Griffin brings a unique blend of discipline, precision, and heart to the Choice Homes team. Before starting her real estate career, she spent six years in the U.S. Air Force as an Arabic translator. Military life took her all over the map—literally—and with each move came a chance to explore the real estate market, a passion she’d had since childhood. Before long, she became the go-to resource for friends and fellow airmen searching for their next home, sparking a love for the business that would become her full-time career.
For the past six years, Tia has specialized in selling new construction and is now excited to take the next step with Choice Homes. Her personal dream? To one day build her own homes, a goal she’s actively working toward. As Operations Manager, she’s focused on improving systems, streamlining processes, and creating clear SOPs so every transaction runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Outside of work, Tia is an avid traveler, dedicated reader (she even runs a book club!), and live music enthusiast. She enjoys the occasional elaborate cosplay, has a well-developed appreciation for sarcasm, and has watched The Office more times than she can count. Recently, she completed yet another reread of the Harry Potter series - which, in her opinion, will never get old.
